  2RED contacted me within hours of my phone call when our boiler was declared unsafe to use and closed down. The Red 2 representative visited the same day and explained clearly and professionally what our options were. he arranged for an engineer to visit the following day (a Saturday) to install a new boiler for us. This was exceptional service! The engineer was very tidy, courteous and efficient, fitting the boiler in exactly the time he estimated for the job. he even hoovered afterwards and even though he made very little mess, the room was left as he found it. Our new boiler (Ideal) is fantastic - the water flow and temperature are the best we have ever experienced. We do not hesitate to recommend this company and their employees.
