  We visited today after our #GetFitNotts walk around Wollaton Park. 12 of us had Sunday lunch and we were very well looked after. The place is oldy worldy looking, staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is excellent. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

  Nice looking pub and location.
  However, food was very poor. We had the sharing platter and nearly everything was overcooked/ dry.
  Also, nearly all the outside seating is a smoking area. Just a couple of benches under cover were for non smokers. It is summer and we want to sit outside; but had to put up with nearby smokers.
